As a mum, you can always try to prepare but there will always be surprises along the way. A mum who was feeling anxious asked about the symptoms she could expect going into labour. Listening to her worries as a first-time mum, I reassured her that everything will be fine and to embrace motherhood coming her way. When the baby arrived, she called up as an excited mum and shared her good news with me!

My Experience

Being an experienced mum of 2 wonderful kids over the last decade, I was amazed at how I learnt and matured as a caring and devoted mum enjoying every milestone as they grow. It gives me great motivation in my Careline role to share my advices on how to care for your child and for those thinking about starting a family. I always try to relate to mums of all ages and offer them sound and practical advice based on my personal experiences and research. As the saying goes, motherhood does not come with an instruction guide, it’s a journey of wonderful discovery.

Useful Tips:

  • Bonding brings closeness between parents and child.
  • Keeping your baby happy by showing him love and playing with him can help stimulate positive feelings and eliminate stress.
  • Set a good example. Children follow what you do more than what you say.
