Ingredients
• 1 medium dragon fruit (remove skin and cut flesh into cubes)
• 1 cup low fat milk
• Ice cubes
Method
1. Place dragon fruit cubes and milk in a blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ice cubes and blend for another 1 minute.
2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
