Suitable for toddlers and older children
Makes about 30 slices



Ingredients


• 1 cup nutraKiDS Mixed Cereal

• 1 cup chopped prunes or raisins

• 2 cups milk powder

• 1 medium egg

• 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

• 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour



Method


1. Reconstitute milk powder with 420 ml lukewarm water.

2. Soak nutraKiDS Mixed Cereal and fruit in warmed milk and allow to cool to room temperature.

3. Add egg and honey/maple syrup and mix well. Stir in sifted flour thoroughly.

4. Pour into a lightly greased and lined 18 x 28 cm baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking tray to cool.

5. Cut into 30 slices and serve.
