This is a yummy asian style stewed fruit which kids and grown ups love. It is high in fibre and has no added sugar.
Ingredients
• 1 bartlett pear (peeled and sliced)
• 2 candied winter melon strips
• 2 red dates
• 2 cups water
Method
1. Boil water with red dates and winter melon.
2. Add pear slices and cook until the fruit is soft but not mushy.
3. Chill in the fridge and serve as a cooling and healthy dessert after meal.
