Suitable for toddlers and older children
Makes about 7 to 8 wraps
Ingredients
• 1 large chicken breast (no skin, sliced thinly)
• 3 bananas (cut into thick slices)
• 1 large sheet beancurd skin
• Salt, pepper, sesame oil
Method
1. In a bowl, marinate chicken slices in salt, pepper and sesame oil. Set aside for half an hour.
2. Meanwhile, wipe beancurd skin with a damp cloth and cut into 6" x 4" rectangle sheets.
3. Sandwich chicken slices in between two slices of banana and wrap up with the beancurd skin.
4. Using a non-stick frying pan, heat up some oil over a low heat. Pan-fry the chicken banana wraps on both sides, until chicken is cooked.
5. Alternatively, brush some oil on the chicken banana wraps and bake them in the oven, until chicken is cooked.
6. Serve with rice and some cooked vegetables or a salad (e.g. lettuce, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes).
