Suitable for babies 11 months onwards.

Ingredients
• 240 ml clear stock made from chicken (boil the chicken with just some onions; do not add salt; strain before using)
• 2 tbsps cubed boiled carrot (you may also use squash)
• 3 tbsps boiled mung beans*
• 4 level scoops milk powder (use one suitable for your child's age)
Note: For babies 4-5 months, strain the cooked mung beans, before putting in the blender to get rid of the skin; you may also use frozen sweet peas
Method
1. Blend chicken stock and the vegetables until very smooth.
2. Heat blended mixture to a gentle boil.
3. Remove from heat. Let cool until just lukewarm.
4. To serve, transfer the soup to a feeding bowl then stir in the milk powder until well blended.
