Ingredients
• 3/4 cup plain flour
• 1/2 cup baby wheat cereal
• 1/2 cup fine sugar
• 100g butter
Method
1. Beat sugar and butter until creamy.
2. Sift flour and baby cereal together. Stir in flour by hand.
3. Roll dough into 2 cylinders of 1 inch diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap, chill in refrigerator.
4. Take dough out and cut into little "coin" shapes.
5. Bake in 170°C for 10 minutes. Do not brown.
6. Cool on a rack and store in air tight container.
