Your little one is bound to enjoy this fun and healthy snack. This is also a great way to encourage your child to eat fruits.
Ingredients
• 2 slices wholegrain bread
• 1 1/2 tbs cream cheese
• 1 small red delicious apple, peeled and sliced
• Large cookie cutter (almost the size of a slice of bread)
• Raisins or Cranberries
Method
1. Spread cream cheese on the bread.
2. Arrange apple slices on one slice and firmly press the other slice of bread on top.
3. Cut with large cookie cutter diagonally and decorate with raisins or cranberries.
