Experience
I remember this once when a mom wrote in describing her anxiety of her child not wanting to adapt to the routine of brushing her teeth despite several attempts using many ways. She felt helpless and asked if I could help her out in suggesting other methods that she could try. I remembered how I had gone through the same drill of trying to make my little baby girl get into the teeth-brushing business. Understanding the exact same worry, I calmed her down and gave her different ways to introduce oral hygiene to her child. One of the methods worked on her baby and she thanked me for it.
