Terms and conditions:
• This promotion is open to all except employees and immediate families of Danone Dumex Singapore Branch, its distributor.
• Cumulative of receipts are allowed. Purchase of $200 or more of participating products from the same brand must be made from 2 – 31 July 2009.
• To redeem the $20 NTUC FairPrice Gift Vouchers, customers must write their particulars, including name, NRIC number, contact number, mailing address and email address on the back of the original FairPrice rececipt. Only original receipts will be accepted.
• Mail your original FairPrice official receipt to Danone Dumex Singapore Branch, 238A Thomson Road, #11-07/08, Novena Square Tower A, Singapore 307684.
• You may send in as many original FairPrice official receipts as you wish, as proof-of-purchase.
• Original receipts must be mailed to Danone Dumex before 7 Aug 2009. Receipts received after 7 Aug 2009 will not be deemed valid.

• Vouchers will be mailed to customers as per mailing address provided
• Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Incomplete, illegible or tampered entries will be disqualified.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
