• This promotion is open to all except employees and immediate families of Danone Dumex Singapore Branch, its distributor and advertising agencies.
• Collection of Grand Prize as follow:
• Call 6494 2700 to arrange for prize collection during office hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.
• Bring the scratch and win cards forming a complete shield along with official receipts (as proof of purchase) and your NRIC to claim your prize.
• Collection of all other prizes at Kids Cover Looks, United Square #B1-K3 (In front of Cold Storage), 101 Thomson Road on 4 & 18 July 2009 from 12pm to 8pm.
• Torn or damaged scratch and win cards will not be honoured.
• Prizes are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
• Prizes not redeemed by 7 Aug 2009 will be donated to charity.
• The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value at its
discretion without prior notice.
