Feast on fruits

• Fruits make great snacks for your kids. They are delicious, refreshing and packed with fibre and lots of vitamins and minerals.
• For variety, mix a medley of fruits, such as apple, mango and pear. You can also add one tablespoon of peanut butter to slices of apple or pear for added taste and nutrition.
