How to minimize your child's future sweet tooth

• Limit sweet foods and drinks (e.g. chocolates, candies, cakes, soft drinks) other than fresh fruits to once a day or less during your child's first 2 years of life.
• Keep cakes and sweet cookies out of your child's sight.
