Avocado & Banana Purée

avocado banana puree


  • 1 or half a banana
  • 1 or a half-sliced avocado
  • Optional: Some natural yogurt


Stove or oven method:

Peel avocado, cut the flesh and mash it with a fork.

Peel banana and mash it.

Place fruits and optional yogurt into a blender.

Purée for your baby's texture preferences.



Fresh puréed homemade baby food should not be stored longer than 48 hours in the refrigerator to be safe.​​
