Avocado & Banana Purée Recipe
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
Ingredients
- 1 or half a banana
- 1 or a half-sliced avocado
- Optional: Some natural yogurt
Stove or oven method:
Peel avocado, cut the flesh and mash it with a fork.
Peel banana and mash it.
Place fruits and optional yogurt into a blender.
Purée for your baby's texture preferences.
Tips:
Fresh puréed homemade baby food should not be stored longer than 48 hours in the refrigerator to be safe.
