Breakfast Biscuits
No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg Dairy-free
Ingredients
- 240 ml pure apple juice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup baby rice
Stove or oven method:
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Turn the mixture out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to around 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut into any shapes you choose!
Bake for 20-30 mins on a greased baking sheet until golden brown.
Tips:
You can bake a batch and store them as on-the-go snacks too!
