Cauliflower Potato Mash
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
- 220 g baking potatoes
- Around 4 cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp warm milk
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh, chopped chives
Stove or oven method:
Peel the potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces and simmer in a saucepan of water for 10 minutes.
Add the cauliflower florets and cook for around 6-8 minutes more, until the potatoes and cauliflowers are tender.
Mash the potato and cauliflower together with the cheese and chives, then stir in the milk and olive oil.
