Creamy Kiwi Dessert
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
- 1 small kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- Optional drop of vanilla extract
Stove or oven method:
Simply mix all the ingredients together - if your baby objects to little lumps, then purée the kiwi or mash thoroughly instead.
Kiwis are rich in Vitamin C and delicious. Golden ones are especially sweet.
