creamy kiwi dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 small kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • Optional drop of vanilla extract

 

Stove or oven method:

Simply mix all the ingredients together - if your baby objects to little lumps, then purée the kiwi or mash thoroughly instead.

 

Tips:

Kiwis are rich in Vitamin C and delicious. Golden ones are especially sweet.​​
