Breastfeeding is the best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. Easy Pork and Sweet Potato Purée

Gluten-free    No-added-salt    No-added-egg



  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 small pork chop
  • Some drinking water or prepared follow-on formula if desired


Stove or oven method:

Wash and cut sweet potato into chunks.

Put all the ingredients in a pot and cook until sweet potato is soft and the meat is cooked through.

Purée to baby's texture preferences, adding more water or follow-on formula if desired.​​
