Exotic Fruit Salad
Gluten-free No-added-salt No-added-egg Dairy-Free Vegetarian
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 1/2 a papaya, peeled and deseeded
- 1/2 a mango, peeled and stoned
- 2 lychees, peeled and stoned
- Juice of 1 orange
Stove or oven method:
Finely chop all the fruit.
Mix together in a bowl and pour in the orange juice.
Blend into a purée if your baby has not yet learnt how to chew.
Create your own fruit combinations! Try using peaches, pears, blueberries or raspberries - the choices are endless! An easy to vary recipe – just swap for other fruits in season or use whatever your baby likes!
