Pear & Apple Purée
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg Dairy-free
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pear, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
Stove or oven method:
Place the pear and apple in a small saucepan with one tablespoon of water.
Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender.
Purée in a blender for your baby's texture preferences.
Tips:
Fresh puréed homemade baby food should not be stored longer than 48 hours in the refrigerator to be safe.
