Pumpkin Rice Porridge Recipe
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
- 20 g pumpkin, skinned and chopped into cubes
- 50 ml water
- 1/2 bowl of cooked rice
Stove or oven method:
Mash the pumpkin into fine paste.
Mix the water, pumpkin paste and cooked rice into a clay pot and heat until boiling while stirring continuously.
When the mixture boils, turn to a low flame and continue to cook for 20-25 minutes.
Pour the porridge out to a bowl and cool to suit baby before serving.
