Breastfeeding is the best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-wheat flour
  • 1 cup baby oatmeal
  • 240 ml natural orange juice

Stove or oven method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until it forms a dough.

Roll out the dough and cut into 1 inch bars.

Place on a baking sheets and bake for around 20 mins, until dry and hard.

Tips:

This is a nutritious on-the-go snack that is great for teething babies.
