Homemade Wheat-Free Cereal Bars Recipe
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
- 1 cup non-wheat flour
- 1 cup baby oatmeal
- 240 ml natural orange juice
Stove or oven method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until it forms a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into 1 inch bars.
Place on a baking sheets and bake for around 20 mins, until dry and hard.
This is a nutritious on-the-go snack that is great for teething babies.
Always store cereal bars in an air-tight container.
