Apple and Date Oatmeal
No-added-salt Vegetarian Dairy-free No-added-egg
Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 45 g dates
- 4 tbsp water
- 150ml fresh milk
- 15 g rolled oats
Stove or oven method:
Place apple and dates in pan with the water and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up milk in a pan, stir in oats and bring to boil. Then let it simmer, stirring continually for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
Mix in fruit.
Blend to baby's textured preferences.
