No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
- 2 slices wholegrain bread
- 1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 small red delicious apple, peeled and sliced
- Large cookie cutter (about the size of a slice of bread)
- Handful of raisins or cranberries for decoration
Stove or oven method:
Spread cream cheese on the bread.
Arrange apple slices on one slice and firmly press the other slice of bread on top.
Cut with large cookie cutter diagonally and decorate with raisins or cranberries.
This fruit 'sandwich' makes a fun and healthy snack for babies who can chew well.
