Breastfeeding is the best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholegrain bread
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 small red delicious apple, peeled and sliced
  • Large cookie cutter (about the size of a slice of bread)
  • Handful of raisins or cranberries for decoration

 

Stove or oven method:

Spread cream cheese on the bread.

Arrange apple slices on one slice and firmly press the other slice of bread on top.

Cut with large cookie cutter diagonally and decorate with raisins or cranberries.
