Apple and Pear Blueberry Delight
Gluten-free No-added-salt Vegetarian No-added-egg
Ingredients
- 1 small apple, peeled and cut
- 1 small pear, peeled and cut
- Handful of blueberries, washed
- Desired amount of plain yoghurt
Stove or oven method:
Add the apple and pear slices into a pan over low heat with about 1 inch of water.
Cook until soft, adding the blueberries for 2 minutes.
Once blueberries burst, take off heat and blend or mash to baby's texture preferences.
Serve with a little plain yoghurt.
Tips:
This is a delightful medley of fruits that can be made creamier with some yoghurt!
