Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
Stove or oven method:
Add two cups water to the chopped vegetable and fruit and pressure cook till it is completely cooked and soft.
Mash the mixture and strain through a sieve to get a clear soup.
