Breastfeeding is the best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor, midwife, health visitor, public health nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or other professional responsible for maternal and child care and the financial implications should be considered. All preparation and feeding instructions should be followed carefully as inappropriate preparation could lead to health hazards.

How long can we keep breast milk in an air-conditioned room?

Taking into account Singapore's tropical climate, the following are BMSG (Breast Milk Support Group) guidelines on the storage of expressed breast milk. Breast milk can be left at room temperature of 25°C for up to 4 hours, stored in a refrigerator for 48 hours, or frozen in a freezer for 3-6 months.

4 hours for room temp. Aircon depends on how cold it is. I've never gave bb more than 6hr milk. But I think more important is to see n smell(maybe even taste :p) before u feed baby milk. If got Yellow curds, smell like vomit, taste really bad n sour, yup it's spoilt.
